How to qualify for a FREE L.A Zoo Child’s Ticket Reward Offer:
Receive a FREE L.A Zoo Child’s ticket, when you purchase 2 Kraft-Heinz and 2 Nabisco (Promotional Participants) participating products in a single transaction between October 2-15, 2024 (See store manager for list of participating products or visit Reward-Promo.com). To qualify for the Reward Offer, you must register for the Offer online by October 15, 2024, at Reward-Promo.com by clicking on the “Registration” tab, filling in the online form and uploading a copy of your qualifying receipt, from El Super Markets (Promotional Stores). A clear readable digital copy of your qualifying receipt (full receipt from top to bottom) with the qualifying Kraft-Heinz & Nabisco participating products must be included with your electronic registration. You can also register by filling out a 3×5 card with your name, address, email and phone number along with the original register receipt of the purchase of participating products and mail it to “Kraft-Heinz/Nabisco REWARD, PO Box 6407, Garden Grove, CA 92846”. Completed mailed and online Reward Registration with original register receipt must be together as a valid submission with a postmark no later than October 15, 2024 and received by October 18, 2024. Once your submission has been validated, you will be emailed your L.A. Zoo Child’s Reward Ticket within 48 hours. How to Redeem your Child’s L.A. Zoo Reward Ticket:
Bring your Reward Ticket to the L.A. Zoo main gate turnstiles. L.A. Zoo tickets are valid through January 31, 2025. If ticket is lost, they cannot be replaced. No reproductions will be accepted. No cash value; no change will be provided. Must bring electronic ticket to the participating park’s main gate turnstile to redeem. Not valid with any other offer. Offer valid only in U.S. and valid for one-time use only. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. Offer valid only to individual consumers. Requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored. Offer cannot be transferred or combined with any other offer. Tickets are not valid on park buyouts or special events.

Eligibility and General:
The Kraft-Heinz/Nabisco Reward Offer is valid in California only to legal residents 18 years of age or older. Completed online registration and readable digital copy of original qualifying register receipt must be included to constitute a valid submission. Sponsor (Stellar Jones Inc., dba Stellar Marketing Solutions), the Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association (“GLAZA”), and the City of Los Angeles Department of the Zoo (collectively Reward Providers) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of Offer materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and Reward Provider are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in a participant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict registrations from any IP address and/or email address if suspicious activity is detected. Sponsor and Reward Provider disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Offer, and reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Offer should any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsor or Reward Provider’s control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant from this Offer or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if Sponsor determines that he/she/they has tampered with the Offer process, attempted to circumvent the terms of these Official Rules or his/her/them fraud or misconduct has affected the integrity or fair conduct of this Offer. Sponsor reserve the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Offer, each participant accepts the conditions stated in these terms and conditions, agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, Reward Provider, Participating Store and Participating Vendors and warrants that he/she/they is eligible to participate in this Offer. Each participant also agrees to release Sponsor, Reward Provider, Participating Store, Participating Vendors and their respective directors, trustees, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with participation in this Offer. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Waiver of Liability/Publicity Release:
By participating in the Kraft-Heinzeinz/Nabisco Reward Offer, each participant accepts the conditions stated in these Offer terms and conditions, certifies that the participant is eligible to participate in this Offer according to these Offer terms and conditions, and agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor. Participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Kraft-Heinz, Nabisco Branded Products LLC, El Super Markets, Stellar Jones Inc., dba Stellar Marketing Solutions, Remington Sales and Marketing LLC dba: The Remington Group, GLAZA, the City of Los Angeles, the City of Los Angeles Department of the Zoo, SSA Group, LLC, and each of their respective divisions and/or subsidiaries, their wholesalers, retailers or distributors or advertising and promotion agencies; and each of their respective officers, directors, trustees, employees, staff, agents or representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, demands, damages, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, which as a participant an individual may now or hereafter be entitled to assert, including but not limited to, any death, injury, loss of enjoyment, damage to computer equipment, or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever caused or contributed to by participation in the Offer or redemption thereof, and/or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.By participating in the Kraft-Heinz/Nabisco Reward Offer, each participant grants to GLAZA the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to reproduce the participant’s likeness, identity, photographic and/or videographic image, and appearance as such may be embodied in any photos, digital images, and the like (collectively, “Images”), taken or made on behalf of GLAZA, or any of the Released Parties. Each participant agrees that GLAZA has complete ownership of such Images and may use the Images for any purpose consistent with their mission. These uses may include, but are not limited to, videos, publications, advertisements, news releases, webpages, web-based publications, and any promotional, publicity or educational materials in any medium. Participants acknowledge that GLAZA may rely on this authorization and release in producing, broadcasting and distributing materials containing participant’s name and/or Image, and that participant will not receive any money or remuneration of any kind from GLAZA or any other entity related to this authorization and release of the Images or by participation in the Offer and redemption thereof.
